Summary
Today didn’t start well. I went to bed extremely late and woke up feeling like garbage. I didn’t have energy for anything and spent hours staring at my phone. Not a great start. At some point, the guilt became unbearable, and I took action.
I’m overweight, and I know I need to exercise to overcome my chronic depression.
I found a gym that is open 24/7, so I had no excuses. I went there, lifted weights, and used the treadmill.
I felt much better after finishing.
The momentum was growing.
I bought a burger, which crushed the momentum.
I went to bed even later (4 am). I need to improve.
