Summary

Today was a good day. I didn’t do much at my day job. There were lots of meetings and not much time for coding. There is also a lot of work to be done, and to be honest, I’m a little anxious about that.

Regarding my mood, I have to say I felt much better today than I have in recent weeks. For the first time I can remember, I actually craved going to the gym. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it. I managed my time poorly and got distracted by my phone. I also had a long technical meeting with a few colleagues; we are creating an app together.

There are key times in the day for accomplishing your planned tasks. These are usually transition moments: like when you leave work or the time you have before going to work. Getting distracted during these key times can prevent you from accomplishing what you intended. Like now, it’s 1:20 a.m. on September 10, 2024 — I should be asleep by now, but I was spending my time on YouTube.

I just walked on the streets for 15 minutes.

My diet was okay during the day but got worse in the evening. I need to get frozen healthy meals so I stop eating junk food.
