Last night was very painful. As I’m resuming practice exercises and I’m overweight, I felt a lot of pain in my legs as I was trying to sleep.

Speaking of sleep, I went to bed really late. I was trying to automate a deployment pipeline for these posts. Since I’m a non-native speaker, I feel that a language model-assisted text would be much better. So now I basically write something in my imperfect English, and the language models do the rest.

Despite all that, I managed to spend some hours on my side hustle project that I’m doing with a couple of colleagues from work. It’s in Rust, and I’m kind of a newbie in it, but who needs to learn to code nowadays if you can just prompt some language model to do most of the work?

I hit the gym again, did some cardio, and ate better than yesterday. Let’s see if the progress continues.

One thing that has certainly improved my life was deleting social media apps from my smartphone. Social media companies have already cracked the dopamine algorithm, so basically, we are slaves unless we make a conscious decision in choosing the algorithms we want.

In this regard, the Nostr protocol is an amazing creation. More about that in a separate post.
